Manchi healthy ga undam antey evaru encourage cheyyaru.. The only ppl encouraging me are parents.

1. Aapice lo aithey healthy ga diet follow avtunna ani junk tinaanu antey satires ee satires.. Valla pottalu chuskoru pakkanollaki comments. Vayasu maryada ichi em analekapotunna.

2. Ika dostulu.. Nenu evarni meeru adi apeyandi adi cheyandi idi cheyyandi ani eppudu ananu.. vallu adigithey will try to guide whatever i know.. Mamul discouragement kadu..     Em peektav inta diet workout chesi 6 months lo malli back ki vachestav ata.. malli matoney kurchoni taagalsindey ga .. these are my friends.. Not even single one of them is encouraging. em chestam melliga cut chesestam.. 

to be positive among all negatives is pretty tough.. learning it in harder ways..

Lower Core/Obliques workout cheyyali.. Again Diet is imp. If your fat % is lower nuvvey chestey lowercore exercises ki kanpistayi cuts... Your aim should be to get stronger core rather than get V cuts.. Once core is stronger V cuts em kharma  A nunci Z cuts kuda vastai..
