It will not. For that you need to get tested at lab. Metabolic assessment test ani untadi.. I just got RmR done. Other one was pretty costly.

common macha... naku emi kaledu but most of the people ki avutadi... lemon+salt+mint+water 64 oz tagu it set avutadi...

Keto you dont gain muscle as your not feeding carbs...  coconut oil is good I saw lot of diffrence in my skin hair using since past 6 months try to use MCT one..
