Cables tris - 160*12 180*5 100*20

Bis : 40*12 50*5 25*15 each hand

Standing triceps 80*10 75*12 50*15

Barbell bis : 80 *7 75*10 50*12

Deadlift 5*5 100lbs

Overhead barbell press 5*5 50 lbs

Lat pull downs 4*8 105 lbs

Bicep curl 3*8 45lbs

Side hammer 3*8 35lbs..

Leg raises and crunches.. 

1 mile run  before and after workout..

Iyyalt ki saal IGA..1lb chicken breast tinna..
