But one of my colleague had this for 2 years... with no side effects. I thought i can give it a try. I am taking it for 6 months now. I like it too. However, I take 3 meals in office.... if i am bored with the same turkey, Salmon, lean beef and chicken all week, i will take BSA occasionally.
