  • Morning - Pre and post workout - Gold standard WHEY protien powder
  • Afternoon- Meal replacement BSA Syntha 6 - This contains a bit of everything like a meal
  • Before sleep - Gold standard Casine powder - It takes 6 long hours to get absorbed - best before sleep

Just my 2 cents BSA Syntha 6 sucks!! Check out reviews and its pitfalls

Yeah...I saw few of them. But one of my colleague had this for 2 years... with no side effects. I thought i can give it a try. I am taking it for 6 months now. I like it too. 

However, I take 3  meals in office.... if i am bored with the same turkey, Salmon, lean beef and chicken all week, i will take BSA occasionally.

Anduke Morning first thing tea oh coffee kakunda water tagamantaru.. Skipping Breakfast is fine.. if you don't want to Skip eat fatty foods like whole eggs.

Take Intra Workout ... Pre Workout Coffee should be good enough.. Intra has good BCAA content..
