brown rice tintey potta potadi ani evaru chepparu kani thats a big blunder.. its a complex carb and it spikes insulin slowly.. indeed as a matter of fact it spikes insulin.. so fat storage akkad kuda avtundi.. only thing is a bit of fiber in it...

i use to binge drink crazy... specially beer.. i gave up man.. 2016 still sober.

You are wrong about it. Its not better than white rice.. its of no use to your body if you don't plan to eat it accordingly.. Lets say you are going to play tennis after 2-3 hours then you can eat brown rice for later spike in energy levels. If you are going to play tennis in 1 hour you can eat white rice for instant energy. idanta moderation lo macros lo tinali.. you cannot eat like 2-3 bowls of brown rice as it is good (according to you).

White Rice is better than Brown rice when you workout. Already ee thread lo Carb backloading concept videos vesanu.. 

Post workout if you eat white rice or Potato or any simple carbs they will spike insulin for sure but will not store fat. Indeed ni Muscles lo glycogen ni fill chestai.

Andukey moderation lo tintey no fat storage and indeed it will cut the fat. Only window to eat white rice is 45 mins post workout.

When i say workout.. its weight lifting not some stupid cardio for 1 hour. 

Read about carb backloading.

rather than listening to someone (indeed me too in this case) that brown rice is good..

i wourl strongly suggest try to do carb backloading and find it out yourselves. I tried it and it shed my fat like crazy. I use to eat white rice and Lentils only after 45 of workout to replenish my glycogens.

Idey thread tlo Django did KETO.. i followed Keto too but i felt carb backloading is better in my case. I'm still in keto for last 15 days.
