If your Primary goal is to Loose fat ( Not Muscle Mas) You can eat fruits only and only if you workout in the evening. else avoid eating fruits, indeed eat Chicken some good fats like avacado..

This is what i followed. It worked for me. For Django's goal Keto worked for him over a period of time.

If weight lifting :

Morning : Fats + Protein

Afternoon : Fats + Protein

Evening Pre post workout : protein shakes

Dinner:  simple carbs+ fats and protein

 

If no weight lifting : Only carbs will be  from veggies like lettuce/brocolli/etc.. carbs should be less than 50g Like Keto Adapted.

Morning : Fats + Protein

Afternoon : Fats + Protein

Evening : protein shake

Dinner:   fats and protein

i use myfitnesspal app to log food and check macros.

White Rice is better than Brown rice when you workout. Already ee thread lo Carb backloading concept videos vesanu.. 

Post workout if you eat white rice or Potato or any simple carbs they will spike insulin for sure but will not store fat. Indeed ni Muscles lo glycogen ni fill chestai.

Andukey moderation lo tintey no fat storage and indeed it will cut the fat. Only window to eat white rice is 45 mins post workout.

When i say workout.. its weight lifting not some stupid cardio for 1 hour. 

Read about carb backloading.
