no macha... nothing till Feb... but if you keep on checking you might get lucky thats how I got it... just pay for ds160 and then keep on checking every day .... Brokers no Idea...

I am looking at it now oct 15th nunchi dates anni unai...including dec and all..evadu sepindi Fec daak lev ani or am I looking at some wrong dates?

Carbs motham cut cheyanavasaram le 

but make sure you don't eat refined carbs and rice 🍚 etc

say carbs thru nuts, lentils, veggies cannot be avoided and they are needed too.

what can be avoided is rice/refined flour and other refined food.

you can see them but once you select and proceed .... for 2nd date you will not get any slots.. nenu alagey anukunaa.. requested vacation for a date and even booked tickets then when I try to book visa slots.. bokka....

This is what i followed. It worked for me. For Django's goal Keto worked for him over a period of time.

If weight lifting :

Morning : Fats + Protein

Afternoon : Fats + Protein

Evening Pre post workout : protein shakes

Dinner:  simple carbs+ fats and protein

 

If no weight lifting : Only carbs will be  from veggies like lettuce/brocolli/etc.. carbs should be less than 50g Like Keto Adapted.

Morning : Fats + Protein

Afternoon : Fats + Protein

Evening : protein shake

Dinner:   fats and protein

i use myfitnesspal app to log food and check macros.
