first day keto into fat ekuva raledu 

my macros are like this carbs 7g 2%

                                      fat  108g 60%

                                      protein 149g 38%

                                     migita saturated poly mon fats - 24,7,11=42gms

goal 1540 cal water baga tiskuntunna

food -breakfast almonds 4, whole eggs -5, whey protein shake 1scoop, quest fresco skim milk cheese 

lunch- chicken breasts with butter

dinner- chicken breasts with butter , soy milk unsweetened, whey protein 1 scoop, skim milk cheese

proteins baga dominate chestunay na food lo ...edo teda kodtundi

Don't worry about other fats my fitness shows wrong at times.. 200gms of chicken breast you can eat per meal.. To increase fat you can add paneer cubes.. No skim milk.. Try increasing butter 1.5 table spoon for two meals. Add avacado in your diet. You have to complete your calories.. 1 tblspn of butter is like 100 cals approx.

my keto was like this 

prework green tea 

post work out iso 100 

bf eggs hard boiled or omelette with ghee

lunch grilled chicken spinach salad with olive oil and some cheese and lettuce

evening dinner was grilled chicken and lettuce or sautéed cabbage 

and sleep 

if at all I feel like eating I would eat peanut butter 

almond chia squares

coconut chocolate fat bombs chesa Avi tintunde
