Personal trainer ni only konni rojulu pettukunna just to learn movements those are very important. It's not abt weights but doing it the right way is important.

Nenu 6weeks shortcut to shred by jim stoppani chesa I wouldn't say excellent results but it was good. Cuts ochchayi normal traditional gymming for 3 days a week toh compare cheste.

na dost gadu 300+ chestadu , which is a big goal for me personally.

Bro Jim stoppani shortcut to shred chesa,  for a change  I wanted to do full functional body weights I thought this way i might get agility. I don't want to look as actual gymson from shouryam movie with all muscles and stuff. Lean body with chiseled body vunte saal.

nenu week lo 3-4 days kante kastam so can u suggest me a workout plan?

Beginner or medium or expert level

nenu Bhi emi topu kaadu naaku maa trainer gaadu ichchina workout plan vundii I will post one I go home okati matram cheppagalanu u have to make sure you work on every major muscle group with proper rest and recovery
