Job gurinchi advice please!

Prastutham working with an implementation partner(desi company- read TCS, infy etc), at client location. Implementation partner asking me to join full time, 6 months nunchi adugutunnadu. Naaku 7 years experience undhi anukuntunadu, so nenu appati nunchi Labor, I-140 nadustundhi ani sollu cheptuna vallaki. Now, too much pressure to join(Either FT or no contract extension), advice please? 

Monne H1 pick ayindhi, motham kalipi oka 4 years experience untadhi. And na techonology lo anni ekkuva jobs undavu. Job emo cool, stablity untadhi, but desi company, so not much room for growth. So mah manaer toh bayata padipovala,I have so and so experience only, monne H1 pick ayindhi etc etc ani ?

FT teeskunte BG check lo dorakanu ani anukunte take the offer, or else lite teesko. Just tell them that you dont want to start the GC process all over again and be in good terms with ur manager.

Contract extend ayye chance vunda incase FT teesukokapothe ?

 if Yes try to work on that route

if NO, then take FT but make sure nee pakodi exp ki valid supporting documents vunnayemo choosuko...

desi companies lo enter ayuthe GC salary Anne mundhe matladesukovali... Ee company ayuna anthe anuko..  But bases gattiga set chesukoni FT process start chey..

Mostly extend cheyyaru. 6 months nunchi ilane extend chestunaru, but now they have pressure anta. 

Ya, I was thinking if manager ki chepthe, andariki telisipotundhi, so janalani ela face cheyala ani....

first nee tech lo jobs yekuva vundadhu antunnavu kabatti .. FT tesukovadam best yee time loo .. well its up toyou if you still like to be a contractor ... 

in case FT tesukovali ani anukunte ... check with them FT ok  i am willing .. mari yentha pay cheyagalaru ani demanding ga adugu ..gc ventane cheyali ani cheppu .. offer meru yestunaru kabati .. i am looking for these in particular.. so alla iyethe ne chepandi ani strong ga vundi matladu .. 

once neku antha ok anipisthe then move the thing as mentioned by others above .. mostly vallu resume exp gurinchi yekada adagaru vundhadhu .. nuvu HR ki documentation papetapudu just technical expetise bio data format lo pampu instead of placing job experiences. 

In case last lo vallu eamina exp gurinchi testhe appudu cheppu ... danni base chesukoni valu compensesation wise tagistam ante ... direct ga dobbeye anu ..
