Help Needed

Hi Bhayyas

              I am new to USA. I have ordered a Macbook Pro on amazon and gave my apartment address as shipping address. The carrier was AMZL_US and they have delivered it to the leasing office. When i went there to pick up the package, they refused to give it to me as i am not one of the lease member. They also said that they will be returning the package and i will be getting the refund. After 3 weeks when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that they did not receive any package and to contact the leasing office staff. When i contact the leasing office staff, they told me that they have returned it and to contact amazon. So i am struck in between Amazon and the Leasing Office Now. Its 1 month now and i have not received any refund or at least an email. Can any one please advice me what to do?

ask in ur leasing office how they return...i mean courier ela chesaro to track the package wr it is...then after u give this details to amazon...

I asked them, they are just saying that they returned to a person who came to deliver another package. they have no record or proof of it.
