Strike off Australia from that list. I think Australian Indians are more like the US ones.

I think its because of the prevalence of hypernationalism in the US psyche. Canada can be intimidating too, but they define their nationalism against the US. So the identity is mostly lipservice. No one is going to come on national TV and say he's going to die for canada, or kill others, etc. That insanity exists in US, Australia.

UK nationalism is quite weak.
