Naa H1B apply chesinappudu marketing resume pettadu consultancy vadu, approve ayyindi consular processing tho...Ippudu stamping ki vellali  

DS-160 lo previous experience original (core) di pettalaa, leka fake (IT) di pettalaa? (Nenu core nunchi IT ki jumped)

fake di pettalenu, endukante 10 months gap vachindi core job layoff nunchi ippatiki (madhyalo B2 tho 6 months manage chesa)...pay stubs adigithe undavu

 

experienced ppl, Pls advice

E month going to stamping ? E 3 or 4 months pay stubs  untai kada avi pattukoni vellu , ippudu job and resume lo tech same ithe.... if not LTT

Ee month e bhayya....paystubs levu, ade kada....10 months nunchi not working....B2 ki shift ayya...so stamping aithe gani H1 start avvadu

Jan 31st varaku B2 valid...aa date ki munde apply chesina H1B May lo deny aindi...3 weeks lo inko h1-B applied, ade Ippudu approve aindi

so technically no status

so technically no status

b2 and now out of status. so i guess pay stubs r not needed as u cant work. better to get out of country soon and get it stamped ....better check with some attorney before u leave the country. good luck bro

Naa doubt ade....Ippudu original resume ne pettali kada DS-160 fill cheseppudu? And ade pattukellali ga stamping ki?

 

H1B apply chesinappudu pettina fake resume, idi different ani check cheyyaru kada?
