Chiranjeevi who along with being an actor is also a politician. Recently he has donated Rs 25 lakhs for Children's Park built at Tanuku. The park is named after him and will be known as Chiranjeevi Municipal Children Park. Chiranjeevi when came to know about the matter as a local MLA did what he could.

 

This was a noble gesture by the idol for the children and it gave an opportunity to his staunched fans to be proud of him again. The opening ceremony of Chiranjeevi Children Park was on 6th June. 

 

It was attended by Endowment Minister Manikyala Rao, Narsapur MP Gokaraju Gangaraju and Former MLA Eeli Nani.
