Plan approval ki 10lakhs asking

Brothers pls suggest..

Na cousin vizag lo untadu.. vallaki oka land undi city lo(around 1Crore untadi anta value) .. inka construction cheyaledu .. he is in dilemma about few choices ..

1. For plan approval to construct a house, govt charges are 10 lakhs according to estimate .Is it good to proceed and pay that amount,to construct the house ( OR)

2.give the land to builder and give him some flats after construction.

Mi anubhavam tho emanna suggestions ivvandi.. so that i can suggest him..

LOt size ni batti untadi?

inthaki area entha ??

max rate builders give is between 32-36% (atleast this is what i know for residential lands) it might slightly increase for commercial lot and touch 40% 

oka down side kooda undhi if u want higher % out of apartment constructed on your land, you will also need to do ur share of selling the flats

meeku telsinavallako evariko kattabettalni choosthaav, they would ask for a friends and family discount and any discount you offer to them will go out of your pocket (just be mindful of that)

Thanks for the advice bro..

the area is 2700 sq ft it seems ..

But 10 lakhs for plan approval is too much anipistundi .. is the price normal  these days ?

Andulo emundi bro. manchi location lo avvani l8 kada .. ah area lo 2 bedroom decent ,8 flats unna buildings chalaane unay ..
