Currently on H4 and considering for COS to F1. Need some help regarding Cover letter to explain  the reason for my COS. 

PS:   Nenu already masters chesenu and idi second master degree kosam apply chesthuna. 

Can I get any sample letters or any service that could help me in writing a letter to DOS? Considering that i have done  masters before, the DOS would understand the intent behind  my  second masters (Google lo choosenu kaani, generic letters unay with first masters). CITI#H@
