Andhra Pradesh capital to be delayed further

Hyderabad: Construction of AP’s new capital city Amaravati may be further delayed as about 70 per cent of the landowners who have given their lands for construction of the capital city have not given their consent on returnable residential and commercial plots. The AP Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has extended the deadline again to get the consent of landowners on returnable plots.

 

However, CRDA did not get this from about 70 per cent of landowners. The state government has pooled about 33,000 acres of land mostly from farmers for construction of the capital city. According to the land pooling scheme, the state government has to return 1,000 square yards of developed residential plot per acre of Patta lands, either dry or Jareebu.

Bloody idiots pulling the land from farmers .. Reality is most of the farmers are not interested to leave their ancestors lands .. they want to live on that .. few are exception though (who want money and betterment ,its their choice) .. but these political assh** should not take away the land from them .. i personally know few who dont want to give their lands ..

Its a collective effort baa.. new capital construct chesthunappudu everyone should sacrifice something kada.. CBN is sacrificing sleep and time with devaansh babu, same alage farmers are sacrificing land..ofcourse atleast farmers are getting back commercial land back with more value kada..think about CBN he is doing so much and expecting nothing in return
