Why this increase in W2 positions with Vendors

Roju vendors nundi masth mails coming to come on W2 to them, ye position cheppina no C2C third parties ani telling

 

WHy this sudden increase in W2 positions with Vendors

Andaru safe playchesthunnaru... bcoz C2C lo chillar migulthundhi... paiga no guarantee that candidate will give long run chillar. easily within in weeks, months they switch.

W2 will have long term commitment and they will have grip in employment with max looting as their VISA filing dependency is there. One way its a good sign for all the job seekers, it will fetch opportunities for their h1b transfers, but be careful NOT to agree for H1B Transfer fee from your pocket as they lobby each and every penny you earn.

GC Filing ...etc gimmicks they will offer and they will start after 1yr. so 1 yr you have to donate your max earnings which he can take care of your GC Filing from your money itself.

Solution: When you go for H1B Transfer have a clear commitment on H1B  Transfer Fee and further Extension fee from employer pocket so that what they loot you money at least let them spend on all these at least 25%

Hope this helps...we should clean these desi phulka vendors and amru phulka companies do body shopping and resource placements. This will definitely affect all the companies and let companies give max MSA to 3+yrs which they take on contract or join as FTE. This will also leverage to some extent of current GC backlogs by clearing EB2 Cases as they go thru standard filing system.

manchidhey kadha man prime vendor w2 antey u willearn more,randstad aithey gc chaala fast ga chesthunnadu and also stamping kuda chaala easy u dont have to pay any money for h1 or gc and also migilina fulltime laaga holidays kuda untaayi and benefits too. this is a positive change

There are many reasons.As per my observation  

1.)

Chala clients vendor ki vendorship ichinappudu clause untundhi not to have ppl from third party which means they should be either employees or indep contractors to vendor.(due to insurance some other stuff e rule untundhi).kaani vendors e rules ni paatincha kunda third party ante mana lanti vallani hire chesukune vallu c2c basis meedha(endhukante local ga citizens or gc holders dorakha) .clients are getting serious on this and vendors are losing their vendorship andhuke w2s ni encourage chesthunaru.

2.)when you have a person on u r w2 you can end up paying him 50 per hr .adhe third party ante 65 samarpinchukunevalli so money kooda baga migulthundhi.vendors ki.

3.)vendors kooda knowledge perigindhi h1b ivanni telusukunnaru and teksystems lanti vallu separatega oka company float chesi h1bs chesthunaru so everybody is venturing into it.

thella vendors epatikina risk ee gaa.....talent unna sometimes market balekapoyina or etc etc valla job raakunda 1month bench meeda unna tarvtha biscuit vesthaadu..

Yes. They will throw us out after one project if they don't find project. GC kooda start chestarani guarantee ledu just verbal ga cheppedi edi chelladu. 6th year H1 tarvatha bokke. 

H1 transfer chesukuntam ani anatlede mari prime vendors. i saw they are asking GC EAD for W2. No H1B No C2C ani pedutunnaru anni reks ki, lot of opt students and vallu kooda H1 ane chebtaru kada so evadu pake evadu real anedi teliyatledu cendors ki. Excessive resources in IT valla idantha.
