Nenu Drop box ki Eligible aa cheppara koncham

Hello Friends,

Nenu 2011 October nundi H1 B lo working with the Same Employer. I never changed my Employer

- First H1B two years ki vachindi and stamping was in Chennai in the Year 2012 

-Second H1B two years ki vachindi and Stamping was done in CANADA ( Ontario )  in 2013, but ippudu Canada visa expire ayyindi because na Passport kuda expire ayyi kothadi renew chesa chesa Houston lo with New Passport number vachindi.

- Third H1B 1 year ki vachindi from Setember 2015 - 2016 

- Fouth H1b apply chesa ippudu and I am planning to go to India for stamping. Can someone suggest if I have a Drop box eligibility ? Ippudu Na old expired passport and new Passport.

 

Urgent ga Suggestion ivvara please.

nee passport (current or old one) lo H1 b visa stamping eppudu expire ayyindhi? adey Canada lo jarigina stamping eppati varaku valid unde

if it expired with in the last 12 months , yes in that case u can drop box

neeku Canada lo issue ayina visa stamping expire ayyi 12 months daati untey u have to go for an appointment

Na passport Old one was Expired March 2016 and My H1B was till September 2015 , My Canada Visa was till March 2016 so expired now.

the current Stamped visa of the same class is still under 12 months point of expiration and you have stamped for the same class of visa earlier in India
