Take it but make sure they send you to onsite... Don't get fooled by  office politics.... 

If you know they will send you for sure then apply for H1 transfer

You need to have two recent payslips and employment verification letter to transfer H1

recent pay slips from H1 company right ... So he cannot transfer his H1 while he is in india

Good Q but there is a workaround 

as one is already got H1 but didn't take up the job lawyers can file a transfer... Ikkadiki vachaka lawyer fees and employers response ni batti transfer avvuddi...

since CTS will file the transfer ... I dont think there will be legal issue

i would recommend you 2 come to US on consultancy to avoid any POE issues .. H1 is very valuable now..dont mess things even after successful stamping ... CTS vaalllu donga na kodukulu..not trustworthy .. ikkadiki vachaka think about h1 transfer
