Nenu one month back kotha employer ki maranu on ech1b transfer and now want to go back to my old employer. Vaalu naa paatha ech1 revoke cheyakapothe ventane join avvacha? 

Naa paatha ech1 validity 2018 varaku undi....and i'm into core engineering...direct employer

patha h1 revoke cheyakapote i think you can go back....if you go back revoke your new h1...kotha employer tho emaina dispute aa ?

You can work for ur old employer if not revoked.. Doesn't effect new h1 transfer ..

yes you can join to old employer..anytime only one payroll should run..

first contact your old employer and make sure your old h1 is not revoked...atb

I checked with my old employer attorney and she said: 

"Unless you have international travel plans, a new H-1B will be required as you changed employers"

deeni artham endi bhayya?....ippudu nenu malli transfer cheyinchala? Please mee suggestions cheppandi...
