f1 visa question

Going india for stamping after 1 semester(H4 to F1)  (Change of status in US is denied for unknown reason)...

I got new i20 from international student advisor with new sevis ID .     ippudu i20 lo program start date June 24th undi. Can I attend visa interview after June 24(as there are no dates for f1) or Is it mandatory to attend before that.  I am already in middle of 2nd semester.

Please advice. Thanks in advance.

yes, you can go any time...vallaki sevis active ga undha ledha ani chustahru kani ye semister lo unnadu kanipinchadhu,...nuvu eppudu ayina vellachu...you will get the visa until aug eppudu ayina povachu ...fall semister start avuthundhi kabati...
