OCI or Indian Visa for Infant

OCI -  is a pain taking process and needs a renewal with the new passport for a infant we apply OCI now then again have to apply with new passport after 5 Years.

So is it better to apply for indian Visa for a infant, Do we get it at port of Entry at India ?

or Need to apply it in US ?

I mean to say if we go to india for 2 times in 5 years, which is cheaper one and which is the easier one to get a OCI, or to get a indian visa.

Take Indian visa for 5 or 10yrs......they stamp a limit of 6 months max at entry airport.....if u stay more than 6 months in a single visit with Indian visa...... u have to see local FRRO office.....pay fine and so on......if u stay more than 6 months with india visa u r not allowed to board a return flight without a FRRO certificate.

The problem is we need to submit our passports for OCI and it may take upto 6 months anta, It sounds scary.

you don't have send it initially . original passport last step lo match up ki separate ga mail cheyyali bro. It will come back in a week or two

its not true in USA but if u apply in India for OCI..... sure it'll take 6 or more months...its a third party agency here in USA, who do this process to issue OCI....still its a secured and no need to worry about u r passport.

If its only for infant....take Indian visa.....

just saw the checklist for Re-issue.

every time $45 fee kattali.  Lavadalo notarized and a long check list to re-issue an already valid lifelong visa. 

e CKGS vallani a ISIS vallaki refer cheyyandie ra babu. They don't belong on this planet.

yes notarized chesthey emi vasthado valla bonda. nenu NJ lo countyconnections office ki vella . Its free their kani inni documents ante mokam madda la pettukuni chesaru.
