DOL cheppedi average time.

if you are lucky you are at starting of the bell curve, not lucky at the end of the curve 4th quartile.

if u r super lucky u r application becomes outlier.

There is no rule saying first come first served in these matters.

You can check your case in https:/icert.doleta.gov but you could only see your case when it is approved/denied. Keep checking this site with the help of your ETA case number. If it is approved you will find your case.
