nenu FT employee ni

vacation policy is like 18 days in a year; and no loss of pay holidays or work from home during vacation (like india ki velthe).

Is this usual for FT employee?

For me 20 vacation days. No carry forward. Use it or loose it. Only disadvantage is these days won't come under utilization and will effect bonus.

1 floating holiday.

unlimited sick leaves. But if you take 1 week continuesly then you have to apply for STD

office shutdown from Dec 25th to Jan 1st
