What happens if famous college dropouts like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, or Steve Jobs appear for an interview at top Indian IT companies Infosys, TCS, or Wipro for employment?

Manager Sharma: “What have you been doing?”

Bill Gates: “So, i wrote this new OS…”

Sharma: “Stop. Can you solve my favourite Puzzle?”

Interview Feedback: Poor at problem solving.


Manager Sharma: “Why did you leave your college?”

Mark Zuckerberg: “I thought of doing this new…”

Sharma: “Stop. Do you know my favourite Data Structures?”

Interview Feedback: Weak in fundamentals.


Manager Sharma: “What do you know about product design?”

Steve Jobs: “The key to design is simplicity…”

Sharma: “Stop. Do you know my favourite Design Patterns?”

Interview Feedback: Lacks basic design skills.


Manager Sharma: “Tell me about yourself?”

Gyaneshwar: “I studied, actually mugged up, all interview questions like design patterns, data structures, collections, puzzle, algorithms. Just don’t ask me anything practical please.”

Sharma: “You are hired.”

Interview Feedback: Strong knowledge. Great skills.

yeah i unfollowed /india and a lot of topics where indians are most active , sodhi gaallu most irritating and cliched comments in all topics , item answers anni top lo untay because the're answered by indians and voted up by indians..... IIT and IIM worship gurinchi aithe i dont even want to start @3$% ... IIT , IIM gaallu raasina item answers anni will get upvoted no matter how shitty and cringy those answers look

its has become one of those websites which indians ruined it for everybody ...

I agree with the thing about Quora. Quora was actually a very good informative website not too long ago. But our people especially those from IITs and IIMs have massive Mount Everest sized egos and off the trend I observed is people either towing along with their opinions or fighting with them verbally in a not so suave manner. 

Indians I think lack basic civility for the most part, even online. It's not a surprise that we mostly have a bad reputation around the world even in interpersonal dealings. Most Indians are considered cheap, combative and insecure.
