మన వాళ్ళకి ఇంత కక్కుర్తి ఎందుకో , ఇలాంటి వాడి వాళ్ళ అవసరం లో ఉన్న వాళ్ళకి కూడా help చేయలేము

కొన్ని నెలల back  st louis , mo నుండి   ఒక్క  కాండిడేట్ నన్ను contact అయ్యాడు job కోసం ప్రాక్సీ (fro.xy ) కావాలి అని .....  ఫ్యామిలీ తో ఉన్నాను ,  జాబ్ కోసం searching అని చెప్పాడు , సరే హెల్ప్ చేస్తా అని చెప్పా.....

కాండిడేట్ background ..... 15 years experience .... USA  లో ఒక 8-9+ yearsగా ఉంటునాడు .....2 luxury cars , వాడు చెప్పిన దాన్ని  బట్టి ...బాగానే  సెటిల్ అయ్యాడు అనుకుంటా....

15 years  experience కదా .... అన్ని high level requirements వచ్చేవి , నాకు 15 years అంత experience లేదు కాని  ఏదో  నాకు ఉన్న  experience తో  అన్ని calls క్లియర్ చేశా, కాని ఫైనల్ రౌండ్ sky.pe/webe.x  వల్ల ఆ కాండిడేట్ క్లియర్ చేయలేక పోయేవాడు ... ఆయినా నీను next మళ్ళి ఇంటర్వ్యూ సెట్ కాగానే support చేసే వాడిని....

ఒక 2-3 months కి..... సరే ఏమి  jobs సెట్ కావడం లేదు family/Kids తో  ఉన్నాడు కదా అని , నా job leave పెట్టి salary వోదిలేసుకొని , webe.x call attend చేశా , candidate  కి జాబు వోచేసింది (wells.farg.o , boston)  .... మంచి  long term job , అంత  హ్యాపీ....

now twist ,  job వచ్చే వరకు నువ్వు leave పెట్టు నేను నువ్వు loss అవుతున్న salary కూడా pay  చేస్తా అన్న కాండిడేట్ ... అస్సలు 0 pay .... phone /whatsapp /email block చేసాడు ... happy గా job చేసుకుంటున్నాడు ......

ఇంత కక్కుర్తి ఎందుకో వాడికి , వాడి జాబు కోసం పక్కవాడి salary /time loss అయినా పర్వాలేదు మనం బాగుంటే చాలు

simple friends list ni screenshot kottu, oka strong message with texts, other help chesina routes unde screenshot kottu, rendu pampi 10 mins lo call cheykunte will send them to public ani kottu.
