15 years  experience కదా .... అన్ని high level requirements వచ్చేవి , నాకు 15 years అంత experience లేదు కాని  ఏదో  నాకు ఉన్న  experience తో  అన్ని calls క్లియర్ చేశా, కాని ఫైనల్ రౌండ్ sky.pe/webe.x  వల్ల ఆ కాండిడేట్ క్లియర్ చేయలేక పోయేవాడు ... ఆయినా నీను next మళ్ళి ఇంటర్వ్యూ సెట్ కాగానే support చేసే వాడిని....

ఒక 2-3 months కి..... సరే ఏమి  jobs సెట్ కావడం లేదు family/Kids తో  ఉన్నాడు కదా అని , నా job leave పెట్టి salary వోదిలేసుకొని , webe.x call attend చేశా , candidate  కి జాబు వోచేసింది .... మంచి  long term job , అంత  హ్యాపీ....

now twist ,  job వచ్చే వరకు నువ్వు leave పెట్టు నేను నువ్వు loss అవుతున్న salary కూడా pay  చేస్తా అన్న కాండిడేట్ ... అస్సలు 0 pay .... phone /whatsapp /email block చేసాడు ... happy గా job చేసుకుంటున్నాడు ......

ఇంత కక్కుర్తి ఎందుకో వాడికి , వాడి జాబు కోసం పక్కవాడి salary /time loss అయినా పర్వాలేదు మనం బాగుంటే చాలు
