U need to file amendment every time the job description changes...even if it's for the same company...correct me if I'm wrong

No need to file Amendment since both are with same MSA. You can file LCA with new client location.

as per my info......u don't need amendment but if you have chance to get client ltter and can afford the fee go for it....evariki clarity ledhu deentlo
