ma office lo oka 40+ desi gadni hire chesukunnaru. resume has 10+ years, Lead programmer of experience . He is writing code like Dog Sh*t .

instead of starting a new line after ; he  just keeps writing until their is white space on screen. lol .. 2 weeks aiendi inka task complete cheyyala. inka ram ram cheppedam anukuntunnadu ma manager

 lol this type of code will create technical debt. nobody can understand that code. In future, it will create a lot of issues for other developers trying to understand and edit his code for adding new functionality.  if you hire 2 or 3 developers like this your organization will be out of business pretty soon.
