will take care of white spaces you don't have to worry about that.

everyone has a stage man... you, me, everyone in US obviously started from that lafoot stage only... if you can, guide him through it or else  just forget it... a leader will let the team move forward... a follower will always criticize other peoples activities and obviously never move forward.. its time to analyze your soft skills yourself... just because you write programming like cow sheet, you cannot criticize people who write it like dog sheet man... if you can, tell him what is wrong with his code... if not GFU.... help kosam nuvvu esina threads dig cheskoni chusko nee cow sheet ni man... you don't have leadership qualities and that's clear...

lol I agree everyone started from that lafoot stage, but he is still there. If he is a junior I will be definitely willing to help him but he is 40-45 years old, claims 10+ years of experience . I have 7.5 real time and i am not a team lead so I cannot help him and not supposed too. ma Lead + manager gallaki chiraku dengi 2 weeks taruvatha vadu complete cheyyani task naku assign chesaru. that code looked horrible adhe ikkada sharing. I don't have authority to correct him or teach him it should be up to his lead . a lead ki already nenu feedback iccha. na role antha varake.
