I know a manager who dont know minimum coding as he left coding and moved into management when he is of very less experience . he was good in that role .. 

later due to upper cutoff experience he became burden to the project when cost cutting is going on .. so he had to move to another company.. where he went as a developer again..and trying hard to survive there ...

Be careful uncle karma is bitc*h, it comes back  %$#$
