June 2016 - DOE(Department of Education) gave recommendation to cancel ACICS as federal accreditor 

June 23rd 2016 - ACICS to address  National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality in Washington, D.C.

After that final decision will be taken by senior official at DOE.

If the decision is negative ACICS will appeal to secretary of education (whose decision is final).
