China is an even more crap country to do business in. It didn't stop China from becoming the world's biggest economy by PPP.

because inspite of its centralized governance, It does delegate several industrial licenses and permissions into local municipalities, and designated trade zones.

India did a poor job of decentralizing power, and in designing these so called trade zones. They just became an exercise in land grab.

yep , CBN cant even borrow money to develop his state as every fukking request he makes has to go thru the screening of central govt
