Yes, if it's CC to CC it is considered as balance transfer and initial APR will be 0 (depends on offer) and after offer period it will be some where around 12% (depends on CC)

However, if you do CC to Checking, it is considered as Advance Cash. the initial APR might be 0 (again depends on offer) but after that time period the APR will be jacked up to 24% (again depends on CC)

BT typically means for paying off other credits/loans...some credit cards do offer BT as direct deposit to banks, but post promotional period, APR will be same as that of cash advances...so adhi oka bisket offer...
