Rajan actually made Indian banks borrow from NRIs through FCNR. and that expires shortly, but its not an unmanageable problem. RBI has already spoken of it, and termed the risk as minimum.

The idiot who wrote the thing I posted thinks someone who buys bonds (lender) has to pay the borrower after bond matures.
