Immi or GC Experts...Doubt

My status -- H1b (extension 6+ years) valid till Nov 2018 with valid Visa Stamp in Passport

My Company -- Desi mestri (having Govt contracts and some commercial contracts) prime vendor to my client. has offshore office in India (Usually for HR/Payroll recruiting purposes)..

My Client -- Not for Profit Health Insurance company. Been workin with them for last 8 yrs..GC unte hire chesukuntaru...

Question:

Nenu Jan - Feb -2017 lo india vellali anukuntunna as manager in mestri offshore office. Will come back in March 2018 (after 1 year working as a  manager) In the meantime mestri will apply EB1C I-140.

I will come here on h1b and apply for 140/485 concurrently as well

Client cooperate chestadu if mestri agrees....

is it a good idea...???

1 year tarvata return lo poe daggara queries em adagara ? doubt

client oppukunte mestri ki india nunchi pani problem undadhu....

mestri eb1 oppukunte..client ki india nunchi cheyyataniki oppukuntadu..

i want to give this explanation to them...

1 year client can get me at 50-75% of current rate...

1 year vendor can get more margin....about 10-15 per hr more...

its totally my risk.

backup plan :...i can always apply for h1b(lottery) as my 6 yr h1 clock will expire if i am out of country for 1+ year. employer will still retain my current i -140

i have valid h1b and i went to india for a extended vacation...

now i am coming back as my h1b is still valid? problem em undakapovachu...

even if i need visa stamping...i can always go for dropbox..last 2 times dropbox lone vesa....

it seems EB3 going to be current. Endukante EB3 lo jaffas kuda apply cheyyatam leedu
