Help needed regarding h1 stamping

I'm planning to go to India this month and I need to go for stamping for my new h1 petition (new employer) ,my previous h1 visa stamping is still valid through dec 2016.

Do I eligible for drop box option ? I don't see any clause related to change of employer.

 

Below are the details which I found on the (http://www.ustraveldocs.com)site.

1. I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to apply
2. My most recent visa was issued in India
3. I received my visa after January 1, 2008
4. My prior visa is not annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”.
5. My most recent visa (in the same class for which I am applying) was issued on or after my 14th birthday
6. I have no refusals for a visa in any class after my most recent visa issuance
7. If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months.

 

 

Please help.

new employer iyethe you have to appear for visa stamping .. dropbox not eligible ... 

iyena dec 2016 varaku visa petukoni visa stamping yendhuku chesukuntunavu ante reason yenti cheppu first ? .... same employer iyethe you wouldn't have appeared kadha .... employer maravu kabati you need to appear for stamping .....

ma colleague di kuda same na scenario. recent ga velli vachadu. drop box lo vesa annadu...

 

naku manodi meeda nammakam leka ikkada post chesina matter.

application fill cheyi u will know annadu eligible na kada ani..

Wrong info brother ..rules has been changed since June 2015..employer marina parledu..intaku mundu are u with same employer ani adigedi..drop box options lo..eppudu ettesaru aa option

Oh ok ... i didn't check after jne 2015 then ... 

earlier .. same employer .. stamping at hyd only must to be eligible for drop box ...

Less than a year ayi unte be extension file chesi then ur eligible
