nenu 1 year nunchi potunna bhayya. 1st 6 months pandhi laga tayyar aina..next 6 months lost all that extra 15 pounds i gained.

 

I want to maintain the same look by adding just a little extra muscle. What nutrition to take by not missing our indian food at the same time. I am 5'8 and weight 155 pounds :)

get Some good protien powder 

Dymatize is my fvt.

Get some beans, white meat, fish, and some yogurt, milk, sweet potato ( kandagadda) baked

Don't go for protien bars, they come with extra sugars....

do some weights twice a week
