same situation happened to me as well couple years back.... Client , prime vendor (Cognizant) ki email chesam aa desi vendor ni cc chesi.... elanti vendors ni ela choose cheskuntaru meeru asalu konchem ina research cheyyakunda evadu padithe vaadini middle layer la ela add chestaru ani.. ma company attorney will deal with this ani kuda pampam.... 3 days lo ichadu money (4 months vi)... client and main prime vendor ki bayapaddadu business potadi ani

I had same situation last year...

 

send email to vendor CC client Manager, implementing partner Manager and any other managers.

Inform if you don't get paid, there is no way you can work, I got got payment in 2 days for 3months pay

first email pettmanu mee employer ni, follow up emails oka 2 pettamanu mee employer ni... and couple of follow up calls cheyamanu... then case pettamanu... it will work out and there are free lawyers to make this happen but they will charge 40% of your winnings... You can get more money than what he needs to pay with interest... don't think you can't do anything...
