state to state differ avuthayi laws, check with PA law, also dont you have a lawyer from your side when the agreement was prepared? better consult a lawyer, sellers try to intimidate its quite common

depends on you state law, In Massachussetts email confirmation is like sigining a contract. so depends on PA law. 

you can talk to an attorney but again it incurs some fees. seller tho negotiate cheyyi, ask them politely and explain your situation,vaadu nee deggarnunchi entho kontha dobbataniki try chesthunnadu anukunta. but again PA laws chusi proceed avvu

It happened to us, when we were in PA (Pittsburgh) we signed on Purchase Agreement and a week after Withdrawn, as our jobs changed to different locations. So we went to the Seller Ryan Homes, told the situation that we are leaving to India due to some Visa Issues. They accepted and returned our entire 20% downpayment with in a week.

Talk to them politely and request them. you will be good.

Texas lo aythe 2 stages vuntai after entering/signing contract i/e/, seller accepting offer

1) 1 week lo drop aythe they will take 100 dollars which we need to provide aftrer signing contract

2)if we ar eunable to close at any point of time before the term mentioned in contract..they will take earnest money (advance money) which is 2k usually
