I use it, beard peragadhu kaani condition chesthundhi

konchem beard perigaka it will be all curly and hard . beard oil valla condition avthundhi, smooth avthundhi. 

aamish beard balm use cheyyi, it will have a weird smell and oily but beard chala smooth avthundhi and easy to maintain.

is it useful for small beard .. like after 2nd day of shaving .. i see hair gowth which is rough ... will it smoother the short beard ..?

+1 for @vikuba response. trimming cheyyi, shave chesinaventane 1-2 days rough untundhi, trim cheste antha rough undadhu. 

also beard oil for making beard hair smoother. shave tarvata use undadhu, if you grow  a few inches beard, then beard oil/balm will be useful.
