why do you want to go for used cars with such amount?. you will get a  new one in FIAT/Mitsubishi (older models). Try those

used cars konte.. 40-50k milage unnavi konu.. leka pote go for basic civic or hyundai model.. dont waste money on cars which have80k+ miles..

60k-70k miles is little peace of mind millage and will get you within your budget. Dont look for new models. Looks around 2007-2008 with less thank 80k miles you will get them for around 7-8k. Dont go for higher model, no use for you. Toyota is better than Honda in price but in reliability both stand at same.
