i am on H1 here with x employer. looking for C2C jobs as usual.

what is Contract-W2?, can i apply for theM.every 1 says no c2c  

so i am curious what is cw2. let me know if any chances of taking those positions on cw2.

u need to be on there payroll

W2 ante you have to work on there company payroll. If you are on h1b you can only work on w2 for your employer

Contract W2 ante hourly employee and not a fulltime employee. So some of the benefits such as vacation days, insurance are different compared to full timers.
