EarbiteNews Posted June 25, 2016 Report Share Posted June 25, 2016 Assuming that Pawan Kalyan would campaign for his own party ‘Janasena’ in 2019, it is the Kapu vote bank that is going to make a difference to the electoral fortunes of the parties in Andhra Pradesh. The difference in margin of votes polled by the TDP and YSRCP in the last election was just 5 lakh. Influenced by Pawan Kalyan, and promise of loan waiver and reservation to their community, the Kapus voted en masse for the TDP. But I 2019, there seem to be indications of a three-way split in the Kapu vote bank.
