naa eh 1 visa already feb lo exp aiyyindhi, but 240 days grace vuntadhi - some times ila avuthayi ani HR antunnaru.

nenu still akkade FT working/ pay kuda - but eh-1 paperlu levu, i'm under 240 days grace antunnaru

Time padtundi baaga .. cali center aitey workload ekkuva... too much delayed .. employer can inquire after certain days of filing petition .. check with hr... lot of ppl in same situation annai .. worry avadaniki em ledu ..
