H1B inka 2 years vundi, last year emp labor apply chesadu, first query padindi, ipudu reject ayindi.....

ipudu malli labor ki apply chestunadu.... labor enduku reject ayindho teliyadhu, emp case# ivaledhu....

query padinapudu notary chepinchanu address proof ki..

 

why labor rejected...any particular reasons.........

 

what will happen if 2nd labor also rejected ... or any suggestions regarding labor filing

Bhayya..U when applied when RFE when rejected...dates cheppu..similar case oka frnd TX nunchi applied

 

Also  PERM ki Labor ki Difference enti ?   Edho form paina manam sign chestham kadhaa aa form PERM approval tharvathaa na or Labor approval tharvatha na ?

edo careless ga apply chesuntad mee employer, better apply simultaneously with another employer as you have only 2 yrs left
