canada visa question.. please help

I applied for visitor visa through Mycic and got the request for sending the passport to them.. We can send to either LA or NY office.. but do I have to pay them something again? Ee information unclear ga undi VAC websites lo.. 

Do we need to send a check made out to them?

Do we need to send a return envelope?

Do we need to send any I797 or other documents to them?

I read this already bro.. any applicable visa fee ani chala generic ga annadu.. if we go to the VAC website, they did not mention what is excluded or included for online applications.. 

one place they mentioned (above) they mentioned pre-paid return envelope kavali annadu.. but if we go the VAC website, they said you have to send a payment to Philadelphia for mailing and fee annadu..

All applicants submitting an application through the VAC must pay the corresponding fee for the service.

When you apply for a visa, you may also need to give your biometrics (fingerprints and photograph). The fee for the VAC service is US $36.09.

The fees can be paid by bank draft, cashier’s cheque, certified cheque, or money order directed to CSC Consular Services Inc. Personal checks are not accepted. Your payment (draft, check, etc.) must be sent to the following lockbox and you must send a copy of the payment along with your application to the VAC.NOTE: do not send your application or any supporting documents to the lockbox; only mail your payment.
