Unfortunately no certification for python. It is open source which is also a problem. So lot of companies don't take risk. Evo mid-size companies experiment chestunayi. but soon SAS dominate chestundi.

Frankly it varies from person to person ela nerchuntama ani. Naku telsinantha varku evarkaina atleast one (if not 2) primary languages undali which you should know in and out. Concepts same e kabbati learning other languages should be almost cake walk. Personally i have coded and can work in c, cpp, java, python, perl, shell, javascript, html & css with little help from stack overflow. Languages is never a question, its good if we are perfect in 1.
