previous employer revoke cheyaledhu ga...ippudu legal ga you can stay in this country...job vasthundi ley dude...if you don't get in a month better run payroll with your previous employer...

Nenu ade situation lo unde lost my FT Job .....desi employer na H1 revoke cheyyaledu so came back and started working for him , first desi employer tho pay roll run cheyincho ,Job thechukoni amendment cheyinchuko .

ee time lo konchem tense gane untundi but asalu tension padaku and don't waste your money for lawyers , your only aim is to get a Job and file an amendment .

an employer has to pay around 1500$ to USCIS if he wants a petition to be revoked ...most of our desi employers wont revoke existing approved H1b petitions .

Enti nijama....But USCIS rule enti antey....Every employer has to inform USCIS when a person leaves the company.
